Giveback = the monthly Part B premium reduction each plan filed with CMS for 2027. Worst-case year = 12 × (monthly plan premium − giveback) + in-network maximum out-of-pocket, so a large giveback can make it lower than the out-of-pocket maximum. The standard Part B premium was $202.90 a month in 2026. Special Needs Plans, Cost plans, employer plans and plans under CMS sanction aren’t listed. Methodology

Questions
Which Medicare Advantage plans in Washington have a Part B giveback for 2027?
16 of the 71 general-audience plans in Washington filed a Part B premium reduction with CMS for 2027: 9 with drug coverage and 7 without. The largest is $143 a month, from DEVOTED CHOICE GIVEBACK 002 WA (PPO).
How do I get the Part B giveback?
Join the plan. The plan's reduction comes off the standard Part B premium you'd otherwise pay, whether that premium is taken from your Social Security benefit or billed to you. You keep paying any Part B premium that's left.
Is a giveback plan the cheapest choice?
Not always. Plans that pay back part of your Part B premium can have higher copays, a higher out-of-pocket maximum or a narrower network. The worst-case year in the table counts the giveback as money back and adds the out-of-pocket maximum, so you can compare plans on one number.
Does the giveback help if Medicaid pays my Part B premium?
No. If Medicaid or a Medicare Savings Program pays your Part B premium, CMS sends the reduction to your state, not to you. The giveback also can't lower a Part B late enrollment penalty.
